The room block will become available for booking concurrently with registration in June, with the link conveniently included in the meeting registration confirmation email. The 2025 Annual Meeting offers an exceptional opportunity to celebrate remarkable research achievements within the tissue banking community. All submitted and accepted abstracts, along with their corresponding digital and physical posters, will be displayed during this year's Annual Meeting. As an added incentive, we will honor outstanding work by selecting one winner and one runner-up from each category. These selected researchers will be extended a special invitation to share their insights as part of the Scientific and Technical Affairs (STAC) track at the conference, and they will receive complimentary conference registration.
