BCA Group Purchasing Program: Leverage Collective Strength

Through this partnership, members can leverage collective buying power to access competitive pricing and streamline procurement processes. ADDRESSING SUPPLY CHAIN CHALLENGES
The AATB Supply Chain Workgroup, established within the Processing and Distribution Council in early 2023, is dedicated to addressing persistent disruptions by standardizing supplies and maintaining a centralized communication mechanism. Through collaborative efforts and strategic initiatives, the workgroup identifies challenges, develops solutions, and implements best practices to optimize the tissue supply chain.
UNIVERSAL MS TISSUE PACK PROJECT: STANDARDIZING EXCELLENCE
The Universal MS Tissue Pack Project is a collaborative effort aimed at standardizing tissue packaging practices across the industry. By establishing uniform packaging standards and guidelines, this project seeks to improve product quality, streamline processes, and enhance patient safety. Through participation in the Universal MS Tissue Pack Project, members can contribute to the development of standardized packaging practices that benefit the entire tissue banking community.
