2025 Abstract Program

The 2025 Annual Meeting offers an exceptional opportunity to showcase and celebrate remarkable research achievements within the tissue banking community. All submitted and accepted abstracts, along with their corresponding digital and physical posters, will be displayed during the meeting, which will take place October 12-15, 2025, in Atlanta, GA.

Abstract submissions are accepted in two categories: scientific and administrative. Each abstract must be based on original work that has not been previously published or presented in any copyrighted journal or abstract book. However, abstracts previously submitted to smaller or regional meetings are eligible, provided they meet originality requirements.

To recognize excellence, one winner and one runner-up (spotlight) will be selected in both the scientific and administrative categories. These honorees will be invited to present their work during a dedicated breakout session within the prestigious Scientific and Technical Affairs (STAC) track at the conference. In addition, they will receive complimentary registration to the 2025 AATB Annual Meeting.

By submitting an abstract, you or a designated speaker/author confirm your willingness and availability to present the proposed topic at the AATB Annual Meeting and/or provide both a physical and digital poster for publication by AATB.

All submissions are due Friday, May 9, 2025.
