Booth Priority Qualification
Exhibit booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to current Affiliate Members and Accredited Institutional Members requesting 4 or more booths, followed by those requesting 2 booths, then 1 booth; next to previous year’s exhibitors requesting 4 or more booths, then 2 booths, then 1 booth; and finally, the floor will open to the public. 2024 Annual Meeting sponsors will receive priority placement within their respective tiers.
