12-Day Scheduled Downtime for AATB Portal and Learning Center

A 12-day scheduled downtime will temporarily affect access to the AATB Portal and the Learning Center. This downtime is needed to implement new software that will significantly improve overall functionality and user experience. During this period, users will be unable to log into their Portal Accounts or access content in the Learning Center.

Maintenance Schedule:
Thursday, June 6, 2024 – Monday, June 17, 2024

Affected Services:

• AATB Portal: 
  • Inability to create Portal Accounts 
  • Inability to log into Portal Accounts 
  • Inability to enter CEUs
  • Inability to access Standards for Tissue Banking and Standards for Non-Transplant Anatomical Donation
  • Inability to purchase Membership
  • Inability to change Password or update Contact Information
• AATB Learning Center: 
  • Inability to log into the AATB Learning Center
  • Inability to register for upcoming Webinars
  • Inability to access on-demand Webinars
  • Inability to access Learning Modules and Educational Documents

Unaffected Services: 

• The AATB website, www.aatb.org 
• The Secure Data Vault (SDV)
• The election for 2024-2026 Council Officers opening June 3. All eligible voters will still be able to cast their ballot.
