2023 AATB/TPG Capitol Hill Fly-In

The 2023 Capitol Hill Fly-In was held in person on February 7 in Washington, DC, for the first time since 2019. The event included over 20 representatives from AATB who achieved more than 30 congressional meetings.

The annual Capitol Hill Fly-In is a chance for AATB members to meet with members of Congress or their key staff to discuss important issues affecting the tissue industry. AATB members used this opportunity to educate members of Congress about the tissue industry, AATB concerns with proposed changes to reimbursement for skin substitute products, and the importance of ensuring hADMs and other tissue products are readily available to patients and not unnecessarily upregulated.
