AATB Dissolves Two Committees for Streamlined Operations

The Board of Governors recently voted to dissolve two AATB Committees, the Program Committee and Communications Committee. The Program Committee, previously responsible for developing the program for the AATB Annual Meeting and various workshops and seminars, will now have its duties integrated into a working group of the Education Committee. This integration aims to streamline operations and enhance collaboration.

Similarly, the Communications Committee has been dissolved, reflecting the evolving needs of our membership. Since the committee's primary focus was crisis communication planning, and that planning has been completed, it has been deemed more beneficial to maintain an informal pool of subject matter experts rather than sustaining a smaller, more limited committee.

These changes will better serve the interests of our members and ensure effective communication and program development within AATB.
