  • Listed as an event sponsor on select social media posts promoting the Annual Meeting

  • Optional 45-second video ad to be presented during one break assigned randomly on day 1, 2, or 3 (sponsor must provide video, time slots are randomly assigned)

  • A 50% discount on the purchase of a virtual booth

Featured Virtual Exhibit Booth - $3,500 Member/$6,500 non-member

  • One (1) complimentary Annual Meeting registration
  • Featured booth designation (featured booths are listed before all other booths in the Virtual Exhibit Hall. If multiple booths are featured, they will be displayed in alphabetical order, followed by standard (non-featured) booths in alphabetical order.)
  • Ability to: 
    • Upload documents, pictures/graphics, and videos
    • Live text chat with those in your virtual booth
    • Link a video chat to your booth (exhibitor will need to provide a link to their own video conferencing services)
    • Download a report listing all booth visitors (pending they opt-in to share their info)
