Your booth rental includes the following:
- 10’ high back drape and 31” high side rails (no alterations may be made to the standard 10’ height dimension)
- One (1) 7” x 44” booth identification sign with company name and booth number
- One (1) 6-foot skirted table
- One (1) trash receptacle
- Two (2) chairs
- Listing on the event website and mobile app (for Exhibitors confirmed by August 2)
- Complimentary conference registration for one (1) company representative
- Access to a directory of meeting attendees through the mobile app (for all attendees who allow their info to be shared)
- Complimentary food and beverage service throughout the Annual Meeting functions

Exhibitor Conference Registration Badges
Exhibiting companies will receive one (1) complimentary registration per booth purchase. To register the chosen representative for the booth, please send their name, title, and email address to Julie Bly, AATB Director of Membership, via email at blyj@aatb.org before August 30.
All additional registrations for exhibiting personnel must be purchased through the conference registration page.
Only registered and badged individuals (18 years of age and older) will be permitted on the exhibit hall floor.
